Be motivated to train & be available 3x a week.

Have specific strength goals

You're not commited or open to learning how to train correctly

You only want to use the gym for free and wasting our time. Just pay a casual visit and go for it!

You don't have tangible goals you want to achieve

You don't love dogs (We have 2 that are part of the gym)

You're only doing it because its FREE!
