We're taking on board only 2 people per week who are ready to begin their journey & commit to coming to minimum 3 weekly sessions over a 6 Week period trial of our coaching services. After completion of 18 sessions you can decide to walk away with nothing to pay or sign-up to any of our coaching memberships to continue your journey of becoming the strongest version of yourself!

To Qualify:
Be motivated to train & be available 3x a week for 6 weeks
Have specific strength goals
Genuinely trialing our coaching personal training with interest in continuing if you are happy with your progress.

This is NOT for you if...
You're not commited to complete the 6 weeks of coaching
You only want to use the gym for free and wasting our time
You don't have tangible goals you want to achieve
You don't love dogs (We have 2 that are part of the gym)
You're only doing it because its FREE!

Finish the 6 weeks and it's FREE if you decide it's not for you and we never see you again or you sign up continuing a coaching membership.
NO TIME WASTERS! No Shows / cancellations & Non Genuine sign-ups will be charged for our time at no lock-in rate of coaching membership. This is due to free trials sometimes attracting the WRONG PEOPLE! - People who are only in the area for a week and don't want to pay $30 to use the gym a couple times or only want to signup to the cheapest membership but happy to begin with free coaching just because its free.
