2. What commitment is required?
Our coaching and trial programs ask that you come prepared to train consistently — especially for our free 6-week trial which is designed for those ready to engage in 3 sessions per week.
3. How does the free trial work?
Sign up through the trial form, complete coaching sessions and training during the six weeks, and decide if you want to continue membership. If you complete the requirements and choose not to continue, there’s no charge.
4. Is coaching included?
Coaching is part of our trial offer and personalised programs. For ongoing memberships, you can choose plans that include regular 1-on-1 coaching, group sessions, or open gym access.
