Outdoor training was allowed so we began offering FREE training to anyone to reach and help the greater community. Each day we took loads of equipment out to the carpark and took it back in everyday all for the fitness community to come and use to the only place with the balls and heart combined. The government grant helped cover expenses for us so it's not something we feel compelled to ask money for We did it to help make a difference in surviving the lockdown together. We value mental as well as physical health significantly and would always be there to help.
